Join us at our DRW London office for a unique opportunity to hear from our Program Manager about both our 12-month Leadership Rotation Network and LRN Internship opportunities. During our Insight Evening, you'll have the opportunity to see our London office, learn more about our LRN Program, and network with employees across our middle and back office teams. 

Our Leadership Rotation Network program offers new graduates the experience of rotating through up to three middle and back-office teams — including Global Trading Operations, Treasury, Business Management, and Finance — building broad exposure, meaningful relationships, and hands-on experience across the business.  Program components also include up front training on Market Foundations, mentor pairings, Development Days, community mixers and milestone celebrations.  Upon successful program completion in LRN, participants earn a role on a middle/back-office team with the aim of alignment between both career aspirations and DRW’s business needs.  Target candidates for this role are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field, with a graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027*.

Our LRN Internship provides impactful, real-world experience on a single team and serves as a pathway to the full-time LRN opportunity.  Target candidates for this role are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field, with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028*.

Note that these positions are not trading or quant roles and do not involve trading strategy or investment decision-making.
