Students will hear more about LRN, our 12-month Leadership Rotation Network, where they will have the opportunity to rotate through up to three mid-and-back office subgroups – including Global Trading Operations, Treasury, Risk, Project Management, Business Management and Finance. Upon successful program completion, they will earn a post-LRN role on one of the participating middle/back office teams with the aim of alignment between both career aspirations and DRW’s business needs.
